We accept American Express, Visa, MasterCard and PayPal. Please note: Your billing address must match the billing address of the credit card used for purchase.
We ship anywhere in North America and most international countries.
Most orders will ship within 2 - 4 business days; however, at times certain items are in high demand and will unfortunately be on backorder unless listed as "Sold Out". Express shipping is available upon contact. If there is a delay over 5 business days, you will be contacted.
All orders are shipped via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. International Shipping is via Fed-Ex.
Once you have placed your order you will receive a confirmation email with an invoice and tracking data.

Returns & Replacements
Peaks & Prairies will accept items purchased from peaksandprairies.com for store credit only within 21 days of purchase. Items returned must be in a new condition with tags in place.
Sale items & items purchased with a promotional code are non-returnable and non-refundable. NOTE: If you purchase an item that at a later date goes on sale, we are not able to honour the lower price.
Exchanges are subject to shipping charges.
Items purchased through other retailers must be returned for repair to the store where the item was purchased. They will request a repair tracking number and have it shipped to us directly.
If the item was purchased within 1 year, there is no repair charge. If the item was purchased over a year ago, it is subject to a repair and shipping fee.
